Refund Policy

Order cancellations:

We work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can catch your order before it is shipped out. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Refund and Exchanges:

At Soaponic your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for products. Orders once placed or fulfilled, will not be altered for changes in order quantities, address, phone number, or email id. And also no cancellation will be done on the programs. However, please do not hesitate to contact us at soaponic@gmail.com at any time if you are unhappy with your order.

We are not liable in case the products do not suit you. We will not oblige any return or exchange requests.

Soaponic is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping:

Your order will be dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking ID.

Orders received before 1:00 pm IST Monday – Friday should be
processed and shipped that day, excluding holidays of course.

Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday or the next business day if it’s a holiday.

Once it is ready, it will be on its way to you. Orders can be
tracked here if you’re like us and like to count the minutes.

Our shipping terms and conditions are as follows:

For all orders: Rs100 Shipping Fee. Standard shipping
(estimated 3-5 business days)

Once the parcel is delivered, you will receive an email. If there’s any issue, it has to be informed within 48 hours from delivery date.
